Schedule Conflicts

School events, vacations,  and other sports all can interfere with attendance of our programs. While most clubs insist on charging for full sessions, and not offering make up opportunities, we are happy to offer several methods of getting value for missed Junior Excellence Program classes.

Request to Prorate (The Blue sheet): This form is available at the front desk and allows the student to declare days that he/she intends to miss.  If all qualifications are met, these days will be prorated. You can download this form here.

Conflict Resolution (The Green sheet): This form allows a student to inform us of a HVTC match or tournament conflict that will prevent his/her attendance in our Junior Excellence group. You can download this form here.

Make-Up options:  We offer 5 different ways to make up for an absence that was not declared on either of the above forms.

Advance notice is required for both the Request to Prorate and the Conflict Resolution forms. This information allows us to adjust staff and court allocation as well as accept other students to fill the places of those not attending. All qualifications on the forms must be met to receive consideration.
