We will be increasing the deadline for player cancellations through the online portal to 12 hours (previously 2 hours) prior to the program. By increasing this time, we hope that more waiting list applicants will have time to see the email invitation and plan to attend if they are added to the group.  Cancellations occurring within 12 hours of the group should call HVTC. We will call waiting list applicants to offer the spot.

Feedback on the new system has been generally positive as the convenience is appreciated. Groups do fill up faster, so it is vital that we include those on the waiting list when openings occur.

This cancellation policy applies to Women’s B teams, Adult Excellence, Clinic Practice Day, and Men’s and Women’s Night.

This cancellation policy does not apply to Junior and Adult Clinics.
