HVTC offers Individual & Family Ball Passes for Members. Each pass has its own rates and rules (see below). All passes auto-renew yearly. Pass cancellations must be made prior to renewal. Please call the front desk for pass cancellations or questions.

Individual Pass

• $290/year (takes only 14.5 hours of use to break even)
• HVTC Members only
• Only pass holder may use machine
• 1 hour/day maximum

Family Pass

• $430/year (takes only 21.5 hours of use to break even)
• HVTC Members only
• Pass holder and associated Family Membership Members may use machine
• 1.5 hours/day maximum

General Rules:

• Reservations may be made online on Court Reserve (or by phone) up to six days in advance. Use the corresponding booking type – either Ball Machine with Single Pass or Ball Machine with Family Pass. If booking over the phone, please inform the desk staff of your pass type to ensure the reservation is booked correctly.
• Single Pass holders: If you would like to book 30 minutes past your pass maximum time, you may book a separate reservation under Ball Machine. Please be aware the associated fee will be charged ($10/half hour).
• Pick up balls at least 5 minutes before your scheduled end time. Please check behind the curtains for stray balls!
• Cancellations may be made up to 24 hours in advance online. Cancellations past 24 hours must be made by phone only and may be subject to the regular ball machine booking fee ($20/hr).
• No-shows will be billed for the reserved time at $20/hour.
• Passes may not be used toward hitting lane lessons.
• Short-term ball machine down time may occur. Pass holder bookings will not be charged if the club must shut down the lane temporarily.
