In response to escalating COVID-19 cases and the increased transmissibility of the Omicron variant, we are implementing the following policies effective January 10, 2022:

All players and visitors must be masked while in the lobby, locker-rooms, pro shop and restrooms. Vaccinated players and Pros may remove their masks once on court. Unvaccinated players must remain masked. The control desk will have masks for those who forget theirs.

Please limit spectators to one per player. Our goal is to limit lobby population, so those able to drop off their kids should do so.

Post-match get-togethers are limited to 8 players and must be held in the restaurant. See masking policy.

Adult clinic Session 6 registration begins Monday, January 10.
Junior clinic Session 6 registration begins Tuesday, January 11.

We have decided to postpone the Mighty Mites and Ankle Biters clinics until Session 6 (March 8 session). We realize that parents and players (and staff) were looking forward to the resumption of these popular classes, but the number of un-vaccinated young students forces us to take this step at this time. Those signed up for the postponed sessions will be given an opportunity to register for session 6.

Registration for Junior Excellence Session 3 (January 10-March 20) will begin on
Monday, November 15. In-person, and phone registration will begin at 8am.
There is no on-line registration.

Important change in policy

Only HVTC members as of November 1 st 2021 will be allowed to register on
November 15 for the Junior Excellence Session 3 classes. Non-members may also
call on November 15 but will be placed on a waiting list and added to the classes
as of November 22 if space is available.
Note: All participants are required to be HVTC members once the session starts.
