Junior Camp and Clinic Guidelines
Players may register for any number of days in a clinic or camp session, as long as we are notified of the desired schedule 48 hours prior to the start of the session. Accurate information allows us to prorate customer fees, add players from waiting lists, staff programs accurately, and properly allocate courts.
There are no “Drop- Ins”. Advance notification is always required to attend a group. There are no “Make-Ups” for missed sessions.
Payment is required at the start of each session. Members may have their fees billed to their accounts. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express as well as checks and cash. Payments should be made in person at our reception desk. We are not accepting phone payments at this time.
Please fill out the Player Contact form and return it to the reception desk. Players participating in multiple sessions are required to fill this form out only one time.
Large groups may be held indoors and outdoors. Clinics are typically held indoors.
All players and parents must wear masks until on court. Fully vaccinated players may play without a mask. Masks are not required outdoors. Social distancing is expected and will be monitored by our staff.
In case of inclement weather, we will move entirely indoors. If groups are large, in addition to the indoor courts, we may utilize the restaurant for “chalk talks”. Our goal is to have no more than 6 players on a court when forced indoors. Drills and activities have been planned to maintain activity and spacing. If players are concerned about playing indoors, let us know and we will work out a plan for your child.
Parents are welcome to watch from the deck or the lawn. In order to minimize our indoor population, we ask that parents refrain from watching from the lobby. Thank you for your cooperation!
Please bring any concerns to Mike McClure, HVTC Manager. 734-662-5514
Enjoy the summer!
We are pleased to announce the re-opening of two more areas of our club!

*The two exercise areas are on the landing at the top of the stairs and in the weight room adjacent to the Men’s Locker Room.
Showers – Both Men’s and Women’s showers are now available for use. Please bring your own towels. We are not offering our complimentary towels at this time.
We hope to continue to add services and conveniences in the near future. Thanks for your patience!

INDOOR PLAY
All members, guests, and staff must continue to wear masks and maintain social distancing in the lobby, locker rooms, and offices. People who are fully vaccinated for COVID-19 may remove their masks on the courts. People who are not fully vaccinated and all children under 12 must wear a mask while playing.
Guests and non-members must check in at the front desk to register before playing or spectating. The desk staff must have your name and email or phone number. Avoid congregating around the front desk.
Bring your own towel and water. Showers, sauna, exercise equipment, and restaurant remain closed. You may refill your personal water bottle at the no-touch water filtration system.
Unvaccinated individuals should plan to arrive immediately before play and leave the building
immediately following play.
All players should refrain from pre- or post-match handshakes, hugs, fist bumps, high fives, or
contact celebrations.
Whenever possible, use your club account, a check or a credit card when paying to avoid
handling cash.
Stay home if you or your junior are not feeling well.
Thank you for your cooperation.
