Jr Excellence Program

Parents and Players;

As we begin Session 4 of the Junior Excellence Program (April 5- May 23), please observe the following procedures:

Students signed up for a group are expected to attend and will be billed unless we are notified in advance of a health-related reason for the absence. Since we do not currently offer make-up classes, this plan allows students to miss classes if they don’t feel well, and not be charged.

Please keep kids who don’t feel well at home. We have created a player-friendly payment policy to allow for health related absences! Planned absences should be recorded with the desk during the first two weeks of the session. Your fees will be prorated.

Payments via credit card may be made during the last 2 weeks of the program. This approach allows us to accurately assess how many days a student was able to attend. Those choosing not to pay via credit card will be billed to their HVTC account at the end of the session.

Proper application of these rules will allow a student to skip a lesson if he/she doesn’t feel well, while helping us allocate courts and staff.

Thank you,
HVTC Mgt.
