About the Qualifier
The SouthEastern Michigan Tennis Association (SEMTA) Qualifier is a tournament that qualifies players to represent our district at the Midwest Closed Junior Tournament. The Midwest Standing Tournament List is used to select the players that may sign-up for the SEMTA Qualifier. Draw sizes are limited. However, if an age division is not full, then any district age-appropriate player may sign-up. Players must send information to the SEMTA office that confirms age and place of residence. In draws of 64, 48 and 32, usually the top 8, 6 and 4 are selected to advance to the Midwest Closed Tournament
