Clinic Registration News!
Registration for Adult and Junior Clinic Session 6 (March 6 -April 2) will begin on Tuesday, January 10 at 8am.
… And it will be exclusively online!
Click the Online Portal link , and follow the instructions to create an account if you have not already done so.
Registration starts on January 10th at 8 am for Session 6 classes (this is indicated on the portal for each clinic). After registration you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email prior to the start of the clinic. You may cancel your reservation on this site as well.
Those on the waiting lists will automatically be enrolled and notified as space becomes available.
We are excited to bring you this convenience, but also caution that spaces will go fast so don’t delay!

2023 Junior Singles Club Championships
January 3-8
A non-sanctioned singles tournament for HVTC members
- Entry Deadline: January 1
- Entry Fee: $25/player for 2 hour events, $30/player for 2.5 hour events. Balls and court time are provided
- Format: 2 or 2.5 hour round-robin tournament
- Awards: Medals will be presented to finalists. Names of the advanced event champions will be placed on the HVTC Wall of Fame!
B Teams Registrations

Expanding HVTC Portal – Men’s and Women’s Night
We continue the roll-out of online registration groups. We have added Men’s and Women’s Night to the expanding list of programs that will register online. We will start with the December 12th M&W Night, so registration will open on Tuesday, December 6.
Members will need to go to the HVTC Portal to create a CourtReserve account. Once an account has been established, you may register for your class. You will receive a reminder email and you may cancel your class online. Those on the waiting list will be notified via email if a space becomes available.
We are excited to offer this convenience to our customers and look forward to utilizing it for clinics and Junior Excellence programs.
