We continue the roll-out of online registration groups. We have added Men’s and Women’s Night to the expanding list of programs that will register online. We will start with the December 12th M&W Night, so registration will open on Tuesday, December 6.

Members will need to go to the HVTC Portal to create a CourtReserve account. Once an account has been established, you may register for your class. You will receive a reminder email and you may cancel your class online. Those on the waiting list will be notified via email if a space becomes available.

We are excited to offer this convenience to our customers and look forward to utilizing it for clinics and Junior Excellence programs.

Friday, December 9, 7-8:30pm.

Participants in the Junior Excellence Program who have missed a class can make up that absence by attending Make-Up Day.

Players will be placed on courts with their peers.

There is no charge for this event, and it is restricted to those making up a class from Session 1 or Session 2.

Registration for Session 3 (January 9-March 19) begins Tuesday, December 6 and is by phone and in-person only. ( We will begin using an on-line system for Session 4! )

Due to high demand from existing members and limited class sizes, we will prioritize those members who joined HVTC prior to November 1, 2022. Nonmembers should register beginning December 6 but will be placed in the class as of December 8. Final class lists will be available by December 20. We hope to have space for all who wish to join and were successful in finding places for most of those on the Session 1 and 2 waiting lists.

The Adult Super X Online registration is now available at the HVTC Portal.  You’ll have to create an account there if you have not done so already. Just follow the instructions on the home page.  You can also do all of this from the CourtReserve mobile app – just search and download from the Apple app store or the Google Play store.

HVTC will be rolling out an online portal over the next few months, to enable online registration for various programs. You will need to create your account in the portal, and you will then be able to register for the programs as they become available. The first program will be the Saturday Adult Super X sessions, starting on December 3rd – we will later rollout clinics and other programs, and availability will be announced here as well as the HVTC Facebook page.

To create your account, go to the HVTC Portal, and follow the instructions there.  You can also download the mobile app and create your account from there – look for “CourtReserve” in the Apple or Google app stores.
