We will be increasing the deadline for player cancellations through the online portal to 12 hours (previously 2 hours) prior to the program. By increasing this time, we hope that more waiting list applicants will have time to see the email invitation and plan to attend if they are added to the group.  Cancellations occurring within 12 hours of the group should call HVTC. We will call waiting list applicants to offer the spot.

Feedback on the new system has been generally positive as the convenience is appreciated. Groups do fill up faster, so it is vital that we include those on the waiting list when openings occur.

This cancellation policy applies to Women’s B teams, Adult Excellence, Clinic Practice Day, and Men’s and Women’s Night.

This cancellation policy does not apply to Junior and Adult Clinics.

3.0 Clinic Practice Day is now registering online.  This popular Friday morning program now permits registration 6 days in advance in CourtReserve.   Signup for Friday, January 20th meeting begins Saturday January 14th at 8am!

Registration for Adult and Junior Clinic Session 6 (March 6 -April 2) will begin on Tuesday, January 10 at 8am.

… And it will be exclusively online!

Click the Online Portal link , and follow the instructions to create an account if you have not already done so.

Registration starts on January 10th at 8 am for Session 6 classes (this is indicated on the portal for each clinic). After registration you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive a reminder email prior to the start of the clinic. You may cancel your reservation on this site as well.

Those on the waiting lists will automatically be enrolled and notified as space becomes available.

We are excited to bring you this convenience, but also caution that spaces will go fast so don’t delay!

A non-sanctioned singles tournament for HVTC members

• Entry Deadline: January 1
• Entry Fee: $25/player for 2 hour events, $30/player for 2.5 hour events. Balls and court time are provided
• Format: 2 or 2.5 hour round-robin tournament
• Awards: Medals will be presented to finalists. Names of the advanced event champions will be placed on the HVTC Wall of Fame!
