For guests who have Non-Member Court Reserve accounts and are participating in other HVTC activities such as clinics, lessons, etc.
When a member makes a court reservation, they can choose a Non-Member directly from the player database drop-down. Non-Members do not pay an additional $10 guest fee and only pay the increased indoor court rate of $25/hr. If a Non-Member is playing with a member outdoors, there is no charge.
Non-Member Clinic Participant Privilege: Non-members who are actively participating in a clinic are eligible to book an indoor or outdoor court for themselves once a week for up to 1 hour at the Non-Member rate of $25/hr. Reservations may be made up to two days in advance, by phone only.
